As a former leader in extremely large companies like Capital One, Hearst, Gateway Computers, and CBRE, I've been battle tested on strategy, leadership, transformational growth, managing teams, driving partnerships, and creating and launching new products. 

But none of that compares to having formerly built my own company over 9 years and getting acquired, and helping 2x a small business from $2M to $5M in 22 months and then getting acquired and then growing a $5M stuck business with 30 people into $100M innovative powerhouse within four years.  In these places, I was able to focus on vision, developing leaders and people, their talents and skills so they could level up and have their best careers, and create real results they would be proud of.
